Returns and withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods — no reasons needed. All details, the consequences of withdrawal and the model withdrawal form are in our withdrawal notice.

If you withdraw, we refund the purchase price including standard delivery costs. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Beyond that, as a courtesy we accept artwork returns up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Even after that, we can usually find a solution — just contact us. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years) remain unaffected.
