Peeter Krosmann hails from Tartu, Estonia. His artistic education began at Konrad Mägi Studio in 1989 before he completed a bachelor’s degree in painting at the University of Tartu. Since 2000, Krosmann has instructed students in painting, illustration, animation, and comic art at the Tartu Art School. Widely regarded as an advocate for traditional genres such as portrait and landscape painting, he excels at working from observation and is skilled in both lithography and graffiti, in addition to creating comics. In recent years, he has continued to seek out new avenues in painting and abstract drawing.
